These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CanadaHumidor.com and the purchase of products from Canada Humidor Ltd. and its affiliates (“Canada Humidor,” “we,” or “us”). By visiting or ordering from CanadaHumidor.com you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Shipping

• Shipping methods and carriers: We will generally ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel unless you request otherwise. Canada Humidor may use alternative carriers at its discretion to provide the best service and value.
• Transit damage: Inspect all shipments upon receipt. If items are damaged in transit, document the damage immediately (photographs and written notes) and notify us so we can pursue recovery with the carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Customer Satisfaction

• Commitment: We aim to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, contact our customer service so we can attempt to resolve the issue before you request a refund.
• Return window: Unless otherwise stated, returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Condition of returns: Returned items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, parts, and accessories included.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; tracked shipping is recommended. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Canada Humidor is not responsible for lost return packages; no refund will be issued for lost returns.
• Restocking fee: Unless the return is due to a defect or our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), a 20% restocking fee may apply.
• Return process:
  1. Email sales@canadahumidor.com to request a Return Authorization.
  2. Repackage items in the original packaging and affix the new shipping label over the original label.
  3. Ship via Canada Post with tracking and appropriate insurance to the address provided in the Return Authorization.
  4. Email tracking information to sales@canadahumidor.com.
• Proof of order fulfillment: We record video at our packing station to verify orders. If you claim you did not receive an item, you must provide a photo of the item in question.

Product Warranties and Repairs

• XiKAR products: For XiKAR products purchased from us, we will assist with troubleshooting and, if necessary, provide repair or replacement options in accordance with manufacturer authorization. For items not bought from Canada Humidor, follow the XiKAR warranty policy at xikar.com/warranty.
• Warranty repairs/replacements for items we sold: If a product we sold fails within the warranty period and can be repaired, we will assist when authorized. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Replacement requires manufacturer approval. Return shipping costs for warranty service will be confirmed before return shipping occurs.

Pricing & Currency

• All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment in CAD.

Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information you provide in connection with orders will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., carriers) or as required by law.
• Security: Sensitive data submitted on secure pages is protected using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Access to customer information is restricted to employees who require it to perform their job duties. Our servers are maintained in a secure environment.

Electronic Communications

• By using our site and providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, account notices, and promotional messages. Notices posted on this site or sent by email satisfy any legal requirement to provide written communications.

Site License & Restrictions

• License: CanadaHumidor.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the site for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Scraping, data‑mining, or using automated tools to extract site data is prohibited.
• Linking: You may create a hyperlink to our homepage provided it does not portray Canada Humidor or our products in a false, misleading, derogatory, or offensive manner. Use of our logos or proprietary graphics requires written permission.

Account Responsibility

Limitations of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canada Humidor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, products, or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
