Canada Humidor Ltd. and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit or shop at CanadaHumidor.com, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
SHIPPING: Canada Humidor commits to providing the best shipping possible for the most reasonable cost. We will use Canada Post where possible and ship via "Expedited Parcel" unless otherwise specified by the customer. Canada Humidor may utilize other couriers at their sole discretion.
Damage encountered in transit needs to be documented by the customer upon receipt to allow appropriate cost recovery to be pursued with the shipping company.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and RETURNS: CanadaHumidor.com will do its very best to provide the customer with complete satisfaction or we will refund the purchase price completely. We do, however, expect that the customer will take the time and effort to resolve the issue with a representative of CanadaHumidor.com prior to requesting a refund.
Unless otherwise stated, we accept returns within 7 days from the receiving date of the shipment. Please note, unless the return reason is for a defect or an error caused by Canada Humidor such as the wrong item, a 20% re-stocking fee of the item price may be applied. The Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that all returned items must be in original condition and include all original tags, packaging, parts & accessories. The customer is responsible for the return cost (tracking recommended). No refund will be issued when the returned package is lost.
Please be advised that Canada Humidor has recorded video at the packing desk to ensure that our customers receive what they ordered.
Please follow this simple return process:
- Send an email to sales@canadahumidor.com, to obtain a return authorization.
- Repackage all items to be returned in the original packaging and tape a new shipping label over the original label.
- Ship the package via Canada Post with tracking and the appropriate insurance to the address provided in the return authorization.
- Email the tracking info to sales@canadahumidor.com
XiKAR Warranty: CanadaHumidor.com will do its very best to assist the customer in correcting any issues with products purchased from Canada Humidor. Should the customer be unable to restore proper operation, Canada Humidor will provide an option for repair or replacement.

Warranty Repairs or Replacement: Should a product that Canada Humidor sold you fail within the warranty period, and provided we can repair the product, we will do our best to assist you when authorized. It is the customers' responsibility to ship the product both ways. If a replacement is required, we will require the manufacturer's authorization to replace the product. Return shipping costs may vary and will be approved prior to return shipping.
CURRENCY: All transactions will be completed in Canadian Dollars and if a refund is required, will be returned to the original form of payment.
