Great product.
This is an amazing product. I couldn't really find any material saying that this needed to be calibrated, but I threw it in a Boveda calibration bag for 24hrs. I read 75% within 12hrs and held steady. (Better to be safe then sorry) The range on this is pretty decent, although mine is only about 10 feet. It is rated up to 500ft.
Very easy to setup and set the alarms which have come in handy a few times. I own a humidor where the hygrometer is on the inside lid, therefore can't be seen unless the lid is open. This has allowed me to track the humidity and essentially lets me know when my humidifier needs to be topped up.
I am running 2 sensors and they haven't failed yet.

Amazing
Xikar does it again This is an amazing product. The base station is very easy to read with a large display. The sensor is nice and compact so it does not take up to much room in your humidor. The instructions to set up the unit is very easy and simple to read and understand. The alarm/warning settings are very useful and my favorite feature of this product. No more opening lids/drawers to check the humidity. The sensor is dead accurate, using the boveda calibration kit, after 24hrs the reading was 75%. Do not hesitate to buy this product, you will love it.

Great Tool!!!
Just put this unit in service with 2 extra sensors. To my pleasant surprise all 3 sensors were dead on at 75% RH with the Boveda Calibration Kit(so no mistakes here). The remote is easy to set up with alarms and it reads at a very decent distance from the sensors . The nicest thing about this system is that I do not have to open lids, doors or drawers to do an inspection. Very decent pricing for high tech gear. I do highly recommend this tool as a must.
