"Serrano is a medium bodied Cuban dark roasted coffee. This coffee, unlike Cubita, Cafe Serrano is ground fine. Such a grind is perfect for the espresso machine. I've used many coffees with my espresso maker, but in my opinion, the Serrano is the ideal coffee for espresso. It has a strong and robust flavour, and is delicious when mixed with hot steamed milk."
