"Serrano is a full bodied Cuban dark roasted coffee. This coffee, unlike the Cubita, is ground fine. Such a grind is perfect for the espresso machine. I've used many coffees with my espresso maker, but in my opinion, the Serrano is the ideal coffee for espresso. It has a strong and robust flavour, and is delicious when mixed with hot steamed milk."
