I recently purchased a humidor with all the extras for a Christmas gift.
When I opened it, the extras were missing. I immediately called Louis and he apologized profusely and sincerely, for the mistake. He said he would have the items out the following morning, and in under 2 business days, it was in my mailbox.

Hi Louis!!! I have just received the lighters today... Imagine that... So quickly! What great service and I'm very pleased with all the lighters and have looked them over... As you likely did as well. All in order and ready to go tomorrow to be engraved.

I reminded my son.... Please take a pic for me and I will send to Louis... He is asking for a picture with everyone holding their lighters.
