I had the pleasure of dealing with Louis on a recent purchase that included some lighters and ashtrays. There was a slight imperfection with one of the lighters, and I was forced to contact Louis to resolve the issue. I've dealt with a lot of online resellers, but I've never run into anyone as personable and helpful. He was very forthcoming, with honest opinions on the various choices, and made me very comfortable choosing a replacement.
